Don Sunshine Ministries has been privileged to touch tens of thousands of lives and see thousands come to faith in Jesus Christ through our teaching people how to share their faith in Christ every day...without fear, embarassment, or hesitation.

Jesus commanded His followers down through the ages to “Make disciples of all nations”. So let me ask you a question, “How are you doing with that?” If Jesus commanded us to make disciples and if you are not sharing your faith and beginning the discipleship process, do you really believe that one day you’ll hear Him say, “Well done, My good and faithful servant?” As followers of Jesus Christ, we are called to be His full time Ambassadors representing Him to the lost people in our lives. Yet for some reason most professing followers of Christ never share their faith in Christ with anyone!

The "Make a Difference” or "M.A.D. Live Event" is a 4-hour event that is presented “Live” in churches. We usually do these on a Saturday or a Sunday. Don has taught this over 700 times in 36 states and Canada, equipping over 41,000 people. God has blessed us to see over 1,700 give their lives to Christ at the Live Events. All praise, honor, and glory be to God! We’d love to come to your church to help equip the believers to begin sharing their faith in obedience….without fear or embarassment. M.A.D. Live Event # 771 Completed in NC

Today I completed M.A.D. Live Event # 771 in Fletcher, NC. We had 5 area churches represented and I was so blessed by those in attendance. Additional events will be booked as a result of today's event. Glory to God!!

Another Great Day of Divine Appointments!

I was at my brother’s office for my weekly treatment for the torn tendons. I again went to Culver’s for lunch and it ended up being another good day. Two USAF soldiers were there and I gave each of them one of my “Veteran Gospel Cards”. Then two Maryville motor officers cam in for lunch. One was a Sergeant. I had a nice conversation with them, gave each a police Gospel card and laid my hands on their shoulders and prayed for their safety and salvation. I showed them the photo my pastor took several years ago when we were in Maryville, and they recognized everyone in the pic. Another good day!

March 2024 Ministry Report

Greetings in the Matchless Name of Jesus!

This month I was in Michigan presenting two seminars at their 2nd annual Iron Sharpens Iron men’s conference. We also completed 3 M.A.D. Live Events, two of which were held in NC and one was in nearby Jonesborough, TN.

We were blessed to have heard of one salvation this month that happened a while ago. I was at a Methodist church in NC seven years ago for M.A.D. Live Event # 499, and the people who brought me in told me that their Pastor is unsaved. After setting up the night before, the folks there asked if we could pray that the Pastor would be saved at the event the next day. Many tears were shed for this man during the prayer time. Today, one of the couples who had requested prayer for this Pastor at this other church were at the event today and informed me that their former pastor did actually give his life to Christ at the event the next day! What an answer to prayer! Glory to God! They also described how his preaching and teaching changed as a result if his conversion! We also saw thew Lord save one more person at one of our M.A.D. Live Events.

Here's a testimony I received this month: “Thank you again for what you’re doing. Having been raised in a church that promoted cold-calls by knocking on doors with the four spiritual laws tract, I’ve had an aversion for years to such techniques. What you promote is much more natural and something I know God will help me with. My prayer is to recognize divine appointments as such and offer Jesus to the people He brings to me. May God protect you and Cathy with health, safety, energy and encouragement. Not many people could or would keep such a demanding schedule.”

I was blessed to have shared the Gospel message with 41 people on-on-one in March. More seeds planted for the Holy Spirit to use!

• My torn shoulder tendons are continuing to heal, although it’s a slow process. Continued prayers for healing, please!

• For continued good health - there’s lots of sickness crud being passed around!
